FHA, VA, And USDA mortgages require an engineer's certificate for the foundation.

Congress passed the National Manufactured Housing Improvement Act of 2000 which requires each state to develop a manufactured housing installation program which accounts for the type of foundation needed.

We have partnered with MFD Housing Certifications US LLC to be able to provide these engineer certifications.
