The inspection of your crawlspace reveals the outhouse section of your unwanted tenants. How in the world are they getting in?

Often A/C units are set on pre-formed pads and flashing covers the ductwork between the unit and the house. Critters look for entry points because it is warm and dry under your house. Check these areas around your unit, if it looks like something has been digging there, you might have vagrants.
