What to expect

Many of our clients are first time home buyers. They might not be familiar with the process of home buying. Home inspections are in place to protect the consumer. Inspections are not a pass/fail type of inspection as some might think. Inspections are designed to give you a snapshot of the condition the home you are under contract on. Inspections will not uncover hidden defects or damage, but often what is hidden on a normal walkthrough will be evident on a more intensive inspection. Inspectors will adhere to or exceed a standard operating procedure as they inspect the various components of the home. The findings will be entered into an easy to read and navigate software generated report. After the report is received, your agent will work with you on a repair request if needed.
